Return & Refund Policy

At Professor Lifestyle, customer satisfaction with our premium footwear and leather items is paramount. If you receive an incorrect size, defective pair, or damaged leather goods, our return and exchange guidelines apply as outlined below.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Timeframe: Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of order delivery.
• Condition: Footwear and leather products must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags, box, and packaging intact.
• Sizing Exchanges: Footwear size exchanges are supported provided the requested size is in stock.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items showing visible signs of wear on shoe soles, creased leather from usage, custom-tailored leather orders, or items purchased during clearance sales are ineligible for return.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned package is received and inspected at our warehouse, approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fulfillment mistake on our part.
